Cloud Battery

Privacy Policy 🔒

Updated: June 3, 2026

Cloud Battery ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Cloud Battery applications across supported Apple platforms (the "Service").

Data Stored Off Device

To allow Cloud Battery to function, the app stores tracked battery status in iCloud, including the device name, device identifier, device type, battery level, charging state, and notification thresholds needed for sync and alerts. This data is stored through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit systems for the Apple ID using Cloud Battery.

If you choose to share a device, iCloud sharing is used so the people you choose can view that device's battery status. Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro can also show battery data that has already synced through your iCloud account.

Data Stored On Device

Cloud Battery stores app preferences and cached battery data on device. The cache lets the app, widgets, and Apple Watch complications show recent battery levels when the internet connection is slow or iCloud is temporarily unavailable.

Cloud Battery may also keep local logs and diagnostics on device. If you choose to submit a bug report from the app, that report may include recent logs, diagnostics, host context, and crash hints to help investigate the issue. Email addresses and tokens are redacted before submission where possible.

Third Party SDKs

Cloud Battery uses Google services, including Google AdMob for ads and Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, and notification infrastructure on supported platforms. Google's privacy policy can be found here.

Cloud Battery does not sell your personal data.
